This was definitely one of the most fun and detail-oriented projects we have been fortunate enough to design and implement. When we get the opportunity to work with clients this fun, provide solutions for all of our specialties – we get really excited! This home has everything: Professionally designed media room, a sports and gaming media wall, voice control, 20+ audio and video zones, a family photo video art wall, circadian lighting and control, and much more!
One of our favorite parts of this project is how well it is setup for service- we are able to assist this client with solving problems before the client even knows they are happening.
This was a remodel project that seemed to be more fun everyday. It started out just adding a few wireless speakers throughout the home but once the home owner decided to completely gut the home and remodel we were able to centralize and AV system and distribute sound and video throughout the home in a professional and clean way. Not to mention we were able to help the client dramatically change the lighting to feature “warm dim” Fixtures that set the mood for evening ambiance or mid day family time.
Utilizing Samsung’s Frame TVs, we were able to install a television above the fireplace that turns to a family portrait when it is turned off. Add this to a 5.1 surround system that is hidden in the ceiling and the technology completely disappears in this home!
By the end of the project, the home owner was equipped with a Whole Home Automation system. We were able to integrate all audio, lighting and security systems into one centralized service: Control4.
So much creativity went into this project to create a major WOW factor in every room of the penthouse. A designated theater room, hidden video wall, invisible speakers and lighting systems throughout were just a few of our favorite projects.
Our client wanted a wow factor with each home technology command. All lighting control and A/V & Home Theater design was thoroughly designed specific to our client’s preferences.
This project started as very small remodel. After a few meetings, it quickly became clear this would be turning into an all inclusive project that every detail mattered. Our client asked us to not only automate the entire home’s technology systems into one easy-to-use platform, but also make all of the electronics seamlessly disappear into the home’s décor. This project was fun for us – it required some creativity, as well as a lot of brainstorming.
This was a last minute addition. We were asked to come up with a little something extra for a true “WOW” factor. So in the formal dining room we designed a video wall that was hidden behind a mirror. Featuring four 55″ video wall monitors, in portrait orientation, and recessed behind a mirror, that we had to have craned in to get it into the penthouse. Our client requested a high resolution digital aquarium to be featured during most times, but it can be used to watch live sporting events!
This designated Theater Room is a great example of how much fun you can have converting a small extra bedroom into a high end luxury theater room. This one is including a state of the art Triad Atmos Speaker system, the latest 4K Sony Projector, and truly uncompressed movies from Kaleidescape. This 4 person theater room never disappoints!
That’s Right! This family room includes an OLED that only protrudes 1/4″ from the wall and the 7.1 Atmos surround system is COMPLETELY invisible. The speakers are installed flush with the drywall and then mudded, taped, and painted over. With some of the latest technologies in audio room correction, the sound is stellar!
