This was definitely one of the most fun and detail-oriented projects we have been fortunate enough to design and implement. When we get the opportunity to work with clients this fun and provide solutions for all of our specialties, we get really excited. This home has everything: a professionally designed media room, a sports and gaming media wall, voice control, 20+ audio and video zones, a family photo video art wall, circadian lighting and control, and much more.

Automated Lighting Control

We worked closely with the designer to create a multi-layered lighting system that can shift from 2300K to 5000K plus accent colors with a single voice command or keypad press. Curated scenes change color temperature and mood instantly for entertaining or winding down.

Outdoor Entertainment

This back yard is less than an acre but includes lots! There are multiple outdoor TVs, even one hovering above the pool. There are 5 audio zones that can all play the same music or split between the game on the TV in the ramada, while the pool is rocking out with music. All of the lighting is integrated into the home system, and with one voice command or button press you can trigger the entire back yard to kick into party mode including customized lighting, TV, music playlist, water features, gates unlocking, etc!

Home Theater

One of the most excited parts of this project was designing the media room from the ground up. This room started as a combination of two guest rooms, but after meeting with the designer and contractor we were able to move some walls around and create the perfect size for an intimate Media Room that comfortably seats 12 people. This room includes a Woven 2.35:1 CinemaScope screen with the front LCR speakers hidden behind the screen (making the voices come directly from what you are watching). The projector includes an Anamorphic Lens which ensures the 4K projector actually uses the entire vertical resolution even when a movie is not in 16:9 format (which most are not). The surround system is a Dolby Atmos 7.4.1 system and each independent channel has been professionally calibrated. You can easily spend an entire day watching movie after movie in this room!

This remodel started with a few wireless speakers and quickly scaled into a whole-home transformation. By centralizing the AV backbone we distributed audio and video throughout the home with professional cable management and service-friendly access, while warm-dim fixtures elevate every gathering.

The Frame TV

Samsung Frame displays hover above the fireplace, shifting to curated art when powered down. Discreet in-ceiling speakers keep the focus on the architecture while surrounding the room with cinematic sound.

Outdoor Entertainment

A ramada-mounted TV lowers on command so nobody misses the play. Hidden amplification keeps the patio energised without impacting neighbors, and weather-ready remotes travel with the homeowner.

Home Theater

By the end of the project the homeowner had a seamless Control4 platform integrating audio, lighting, security, and shades. Every subsystem reports back to our client-care team for frictionless support.

Kierland Penthouse

What started as a small remodel evolved into an inclusive project where every detail mattered. The client asked us to automate the entire home into one intuitive platform while making the technology disappear into the decor. Creativity and collaboration across lighting, automation, and custom fabrication made it possible.

Hidden Video Wall

A recessed video wall hides behind a mirror, featuring four 55-inch displays craned into the penthouse. A high-resolution aquatic scene plays daily, with the ability to pivot to live sports at any moment.

Designated Theater Room

A spare bedroom now hosts a Triad Atmos system, the latest 4K Sony projector, and Kaleidescape source, proving intimate theaters can still deliver reference-level experiences.

Invisible Speakers

An ultra-thin OLED and 7.1 Atmos system disappear within the millwork. Speakers sit flush with drywall, finished with mud and paint, while calibration software ensures the room still sounds expansive.

This project was by far one of our favorite projects in the last few years. Design started with the homeowner and architect a year before ground breaking- so we were able to really facilitate all of the nuances from the very beginning, not to mention we were not only the home technology integrator but we provided all electrical service- making the end result a seamlessly sophisticated but simple to use smart home.

Digital Tunable Lighting

This home is outfit with Ketra tunable fixtures making the indoor lighting a direct extension of the sunlight. When you walk from resort style pool and outdoor entertainment area into the Family room, you feel just as comfortable and in tune with the outdoors as if you were still outside. And in the evening the lights automatically warm to help your body adjust for wind down time. The lighting is fully integrated to the control systems and Josh.ai for easy and intuitive voice controls.

Audio Visual Systems

The highlight is the 150” outdoor video wall that we had to literally use a crane to install and when you turn the system off, the video wall lowers and disappears into the landscape. Fully water and splash proof, and add the 32 outdoor landscape speakers and 4 underground subwoofers this backyard is ready for pool parties and movie nights. The indoor is outfitted with James Loudspeaker small aperture speakers- close to invisible speakers with huge high fidelity sound, doesn’t get any better, and again all as simple as saying Hey Josh, play my favorite Spotify songs (which is now available in lossless audio).

Shades

Lutron all the way on this home. Quiet motors, all of the shades are perfectly in sync when going up and down, and the designer fabric choices add a touch of taste to this modern home.

Theater Room

McIntosh, Triad, James 12.2 Atmos. This room just simply rocks, but more then the audio and visual- the room décor is custom designed with acoustical treatments outlining the walls and modern lighting integrated. Along with a star ceiling for a nice ambience while still create the contrasting dark levels you want to really be captivated by the 130’ movie screen.

Service

From the very beginning this project was designed for reliability- while we continually monitor and auto heal network components, if there is a problem, we have the tools to resolve issues remotely and quickly so no party is left without music, or no movie nights are anything less than stellar.
